3 Nights Aswan to Luxor

Day 1: Arrival at Aswan – Aswan City Tour

Welcome to Aswan! When you arrive at the airport or train station in Aswan, our representative will meet you and help you get to your Nile cruise to start visiting the sights in Aswan:

Start your trip by visiting the Aswan High Dam, built between 1960 and 1970 to prevent flooding. Then go to the Philae Temple (Temple of Isis), built to honor the goddess Isis (the goddess of love and beauty in ancient Egypt). Finally, go to the Unfinished Obelisk, the largest obelisk of ancient times sculpted by Queen Hatshepsut.

At the end of the trip, we will embark on the cruise to enjoy lunch and overnight on board.

Day 2: Nile Cruise – Kom Ombo, Edfu & Luxor.

Enjoy breakfast on board while sailing to Kom Ombo, where you will visit the famous Temple of Kom Ombo (Temple of God Sobek the Crocodile), followed by sailing to Edfu, where you will have lunch on board the Nile cruise, and then visit the Temple of Edfu (Horus the Falcon), which is considered one It is one of the most well-preserved temples in all of Egypt. Finally, set sail for Luxor; a galabiya party will be followed by dinner. Spend the night in Luxor on a Nile cruise ship.

Day 3: West Bank and East Bank of Luxor

Have your breakfast early in the morning on board the cruise, then go to the west bank of Luxor to see the Valley of the Kings (which contains the tombs of the New Kingdom), then the temple of Queen Hatshepsut Deir el-Bahari (she was the famous pharaoh who ruled the New Kingdom) and the giant statues of Memnon. Lunch was served on the boat, and then we went to the east bank of Luxor to see Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. The main temple was built to honor the god Amun. It was linked to the Karnak Temple by a street with sphinxes on either side. It was built mainly by Amenhotep III (who was in charge of the interior) and Ramses II (who finished the temple). Dinner, disco, and music. Spend the night on a Nile cruise ship in Luxor.

Day 4: Disembarkation / Final Departure

After enjoying your breakfast and check-out from the cruise at 08:00 AM, our representative will transfer you to Luxor Airport or Railway Station for your departure.

4 Nights Luxor to Aswan

Day 1: Arrival at Luxor – Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple

Welcome to Luxor! When you arrive at the airport or train station in Luxor, our representative will meet you and help you get to your Nile cruise to start visiting the sights in Luxor.

Check-in at noon, have lunch, and then move to the East Bank of Luxor to visit The Temple of Karnak and The Temple of Luxor. The main temple was for worshipping the God Amon, and it was linked to the Karnak Temple by a street with sphinxes on either side. It was mostly built by Amenhotep III (who was in charge of the inside) and Ramses II (who finished the temple). Your Nile cruise in Luxor includes dinner and a place to sleep.

Day 2: Luxor West Bank Tour

Have your breakfast early in the morning on board the cruise, then head to the West Bank of Luxor to see the Valley of the Kings, where the new kingdom’s tombs are. However, you won’t see Tutankhamun’s tomb because it costs extra. After lunch, we set sail for Esna/Edfu. On the way, we watched Esna lock and set sail for Edfu. In Edfu, you will have dinner and stay the night on your Nile cruise.

Day 3: Edfu Temple & Kom Ombo Temple

Have your breakfast on board, then enjoy a visit to Edfu Temple (Horus the Falcon), one of the best-preserved temples in all of Egypt. Sailing to Kom Ombo, lunch, and a visit to the famous Temple of Kom Ombo (Temple of God Sobek the Crocodile). Sailing to Aswan, dinner, and Galabeya Party. In Aswan, you will spend the night on your Nile cruise.

Day 4: Aswan City Tour

After your delicious breakfast, you’ll see Aswan’s highlights, including the Unfinished Obelisk in the city’s granite quarry and the High Dam, built between 1960 and 1970 to prevent Egypt from being flooded by the Nile generate energy. Get back on the boat and continue your cruise. Eat dinner and stay the night at Aswan.

Day 1: Embarkation at Nile Cruise

Our representative will meet and assist you at the airport or train station in Luxor, then transfer to Nile Cruise for check-in before lunch. Lunch on board with a welcome cocktail. Dinner and overnight on the Nile cruise.

Day 2: Tour of the West Bank

Breakfast on board, then enjoy a guided tour to the west bank of the Nile in Luxor to visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, the mighty Egyptian Queen, and the Colossi of Memnon.

Lunch before sailing to Esna, free time at leisure with afternoon tea. Then have dinner and overnight on the Nile cruise in Esna.

Day 3: Temple of Horus in Edfu

Have breakfast on board while sailing to Edfu in the morning, then visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, the best cult temple in Egypt. Return to the Nile cruise boat to continue sailing to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board with afternoon tea and free time at leisure. Dinner on board with the Egyptian Gallabia party.

Day 4: Aswan visits

Sail early to Aswan while enjoying breakfast on board. Then our guide will take you to enjoy a day tour of the High Dam, Granite Quarries and Philae Temple. Lunch will be served on the Nile cruise, then enjoy sailing on the Nile by felucca around the botanical garden.

Return to the cruise for dinner on board with a belly dance show and an Egyptian folklore show.

Overnight in Aswan.

Day 5: Optional Tour of Abu Simbel Temple

Breakfast on your Nile cruise with free time at your leisure in Aswan, or enjoy an optional tour of Abu Simbel Temple.

The journey from Aswan to Abu Simbel takes approximately 3 hours by air-conditioned private car. Upon arriving at Abu Simbel, see the magnificent temples of Ramses II at Abu Simbel, dedicated to the four world deities Ptah, Ra Harach, Amun-Ra, and Ramses II. Then return to the Nile Cruise in Aswan.

Free time at leisure, then have dinner on board and enjoy the Nubian show.

Overnight in Aswan.

Day 6: Kom Ombo Temple

Sail to Kom Ombo while having breakfast on board, then enjoy a guided temple visit shared by the gods Sobek and Heureus in Kom Ombo. Return to the Nile cruise sailing to Edfu with lunch on board. Continue sailing to Esna with afternoon tea on board.

Booking & Payment

Reservations:

Should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the full price. ( Deposit will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.) This deposit counts as part of your final payment to confirm your reservation.

Payment:

We accept a deposit as low as 30% of the total tour price and the rest can be paid in equal installments until the date of arrival or you can pay the rest in cash upon arrival.

Confirmation:

After your Tour is confirmed we will email the final confirmation and voucher to print and bring with you. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a very flexible cancellation policy, in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your country of departure and your destination. We are showing the flexibility not to charge any cancellation fees & we will pay a full refund.

Here, we prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason, our cancellation policy reflects our values.

For any cancellation, you must write a handwritten and signed and send it by email.

Cancellation by the customer:

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

  • From the date of booking until 45 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 44 and 35 days before your arrival date, 30% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 34 and 25 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 24 and 15 days before your arrival date,75% of the entire tour price will be charged
  • Between 14 and 9 days before your arrival date, 90% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 8 and 1day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

The price varies depending on the number of persons as shown in the price table including service fees and taxes.

Price quotes are in US dollars per person per night and are valid until December 31st, Except (for Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays ).

Excursions

All our tours are private tours or group tours.

  • For private tours, they have a private tour guide and private air-conditioned cars, and you have the convenience of starting your tours.
  • As for group tours, our groups include a maximum of 12 participants only during visits in private air-conditioned cars with private guides.

Cruise accommodation

  • For basis 2 persons in Double Room ( Occupied by 2 Persons ) For basis 2/4/6/8/10.
  • For basis 3 persons in Triple Room (Occupied by 3 Persons).

Entrance fees to specific sites

Our Tours and excursions exclude entry to particular archaeological sites such as the Tomb of Tutankhamun and Ramses in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
