Day 1: Dahab to St. Catherine’s Monastery
Our adventure begins early in the morning after breakfast when we leave Dahab. As we approach the foot of Mount Sinai, you will be amazed by the grandeur of St. Catherine’s Monastery.
Monastery Exploration
We’ll take a guided tour of the monastery’s remarkable architecture, including its iconic library, church, and the burning bush believed to be where God spoke to Moses.
Lunch
Enjoy a delicious lunch in the peaceful ambiance of the monastery’s guesthouse.
Sunset at Mount Sinai
We’ll start our ascent of Mount Sinai, the biblical mountain where Moses received the Ten Commandments. The hike takes approximately 2-3 hours. You’ll be treated to a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding desert and the stunning sunset, a magical experience.
After completing your trip, you will camp in St. Catherine

Children Policy
The children’s policy applies to children who share a room with their parents. If your trip includes a flight ticket, additional fees for your children may apply.
- Children under 2 years of age can travel free of charge with their parents.
- From 2 to 6 years old: 25% of the adult price
- From 6 to 11 years old: 50% of the adult price
- Children aged 12 and over-travel at the same fare as adults.
Deposit
Once your itinerary is confirmed, we will collect 25% of the agreed final trip value as a deposit, which can be paid via Online Payment, PayPal, or Western Union.
Tipping
Tipping is part of the Egyptian culture to express one’s satisfaction with the good services provided to him by his duty staff. It would be nice to give it when you are satisfied with our services and if not then you don’t have to do it.
Cancellation Policy
Important Note: If your trip includes a domestic flight or a Nile cruise, know that there is no refund for the booking value in the event of cancellation of the trip according to the policy of Nile cruises and airlines companies.
