On a Trip to the Nubian village by boat, you can go to Soheil Island to see a group of Nubian people who live there. The trip will take about a day. As you float down the river, you can take in the beautiful scenery and look closely at how people in a Nubian village live.

You can take a four-hour private tour from Aswan to a Nubian settlement on Sohail Island. The tour will depart from Aswan. The trip will also include a boat ride, tea served in a typical Nubian home and a transfer from your hotel or cruise ship back to where you are staying. Learn about the region’s culture and history as you sail or drive around Elephantine Island in a traditional felucca or a more modern motor boat. Then use your free time to explore Elephant Island on your own. This trip is unlike anything else you’ve done before.
The exact time of departure will depend on where you are and will be confirmed by our tour guide or company representative. The trip will begin with a pick-up from your hotel or cruise ship, depending on where you are.
You will need to have access to a pier on the Nile in order to board a boat that will take you to Sohail Island. Depending on the water and weather conditions along the river, you can sail in a modern speedboat, or a traditional sailing boat called a felucca. You will pass Elephantine Island on your way to Elephantine Island. You can stop and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the Nile. When you get to Ehel Island, you will get off the boat and go to a typical Nubian house. There, you will be given a welcome cup of tea and learn about the history and culture of the Nubian people.
After spending some time at home, head out on your own to see more of the island. Talk to the people you meet as you walk through the beautifully colored settlements. You will all meet at the boat dock, from where you will leave to return to Aswan. This excursion will end around 6:30 pm when you will be transferred to your hotel or cruise ship.

Children Policy
The children’s policy applies to children who share a room with their parents. If your trip includes a flight ticket, additional fees for your children may apply.
- Children under 2 years of age can travel free of charge with their parents.
- From 2 to 6 years old: 25% of the adult price
- From 6 to 11 years old: 50% of the adult price
- Children aged 12 and over-travel at the same fare as adults.
Deposit
Once your itinerary is confirmed, we will collect 25% of the agreed final trip value as a deposit, which can be paid via Online Payment, PayPal, or Western Union.
Tipping
Tipping is part of the Egyptian culture to express one’s satisfaction with the good services provided to him by his duty staff. It would be nice to give it when you are satisfied with our services and if not then you don’t have to do it.
Cancellation Policy
Important Note: If your trip includes a domestic flight or a Nile cruise, know that there is no refund for the booking value in the event of cancellation of the trip according to the policy of Nile cruises and airlines companies.
